From January 2-31, Seattle’s hottest restaurants are teaming up to show off their magnificent culinary skills for New Urban Eats. Twenty of the best new hotspots will be offering special $30 prix fixe dinner menus every Sunday through Thursday this month.

Some of the participating restaurants include Tidbit, Betty’s, 94 Stewart, Coupage, Kurrent and the Steelhead Diner. Some of the entrees sound just amazing, like Kurrent’s “signature” fried lobster with black bean tamarind sauce, egg noodles and watercress, or Coupage’s Hibiscus duck confit with flageolet beans, sherry candied baby turnips, in a port reduction.

If you’re a foodie in the mood for a new place to try, New Urban Eats gives you a great opportunity…without even breaking the bank!
