Seattle Metropolitan Police Museum

Included
Entry with the Go Seattle Card
Founded in 1997, the Seattle Metropolitan Police Museum is one of the first and finest museums of its type in the world. Casting light on a previously closed culture, the museum displays the cultural, technological, and historical developments of the Seattle Police and King County Sheriff’s Office. View a vast array of antique documents, photographs, weaponry, uniforms, and much more that assisted police in the taming of Seattle from its violent and corrupt frontier beginnings to what has now developed into one of the most professional law enforcement agencies in the United States. A children’s interactive area lets kids try on police uniforms, examine a real jail cell, and use their imaginations.
